This now consisted of 12 pages and was still slightly wider format. The cover featured an article about Thames Sailing Barges and a restoration taking place at Milton Creek of a barge called Nellie Parker at Dolphin Yard.

This now consisted of 12 pages and was still a slightly wider format than the current magazine. Due to printing machine failure this edition covered 3 months (July/August/September) The cover featured a plea for a new editor for Action Forum as Brenda Bryant was leaving after 18 months. There was also a front page feature on Rainham Motoring Club - are they still in existence?
