Action Forum magazine number 53, November 1973 . Click to view (2Mb file)
This is the Action Forum from 1973 and the first time that it has ever been made available online!
This now consisted of 16 pages as per the current magazine and was now the same A5 format. The cover featured an article about Rainham Firemen and the Fire Station based in Webster Road with a proposal to build a new one near Rainham station.
Some things never change as a letter to the editor complains about littering, a common theme now as well. There is also discussion about the proposed Rainham Relief road bypass that was planned and only finally abandoned in 1996.
