If you missed the Great Lines fireworks on 1st November you still have a chance to see fireworks display in Gillingham on 7th November by Gillingham Scouts.

The 2014 annual Fireworks Display and bonfire takes place at the Great Lines, Gillingham/Medway on Saturday 1st November 2014 with the bonfire being lit at 7pm and the fireworks starting at 7.30pm.

UPDATE - some people have asked if the Great Lines fireworks are cancelled due to the Fire Brigade strike. The Great Lines firework display is still taking place and has NOT been cancelled.

Access to the Great Lines can be made via Chatham or Gillingham but parking around the site is very difficult and several roads are closed as the event attracts thousands of visitors.

What date is the Great Lines Fireworks Bonfire 2014?

We always park at the bottom of chatham hill, near the tesco and walk up the hill! Parking does get bad in gillingham to be honest unless you get there really early. So park in and around the chatham tesco and walk up the hill!

What is the best route to get to the Great Lines for the fireworks?

Are there any carparks nearby?
