The Prince Albert Public House stood on the corner of Gillingham High Street and Skinner Street.
Much of this area has changed beyond recognition in the last 100 years with the Grand Cinema/Grand Picture Variety Theatre demolished in the 1960s and many of the building frontages being completely redesigned.
The intricate stonework above the post office still appears to exist but now over a beauty salon and takeaway - perfect sign of the times!
